LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to work in office in Richmond, VA, direct hire. The ideal candidate will bring more than five years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
· Experience working with not-for-profit organizations is a plus
· Expertise in preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial statements
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial systems (MIP or similar general ledger system preferred)
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, professional, and dependable
· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and mentor colleagues
· Preparation of proposals and offering statements
· Analysis of financing options
· Preparation of client reports and presentations
· Quantitative analysis and financial research
Salary Range: $65,000–$85,000, commensurate with experience.
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
