As an Insurance Sales & Service Representative, you will support clients by answering questions, helping with their policies, and suggesting coverage options when appropriate. This role is a mix of customer service and sales, and requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort speaking with clients. You will also assist agents with administrative tasks to help keep things organized and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and renewals
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Process service requests and handle paperwork efficiently
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services when appropriate
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients as needed
• Support agents in the office with administrative tasks

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with friendly professional tone
• Comfortable talking on the phone and building rapport
• Strong client services experience with a focus on customer support.
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
• License not required, must willing to obtain a P&C license after hiring (training provided)
