Responsibilities:
• Assemble and prepare life insurance policies for distribution, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Review and verify that printed policies align with applications and meet quality standards.
• Confirm mailing addresses for accuracy and completeness before policy distribution.
• Insert policies and cover pages into envelopes and coordinate their delivery to the mailroom.
• Log returned policies due to incorrect or incomplete addresses for further processing.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive personal data.
• Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned to support the New Business Department.• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle daily tasks efficiently.
• Proven ability to perform clerical duties with high attention to detail.
• Exceptional accuracy in matching and verifying documents.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively within a team.
• Familiarity with digital printing and general office equipment.
• Experience in managing mailing lists and handling mailroom operations.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
