Field Supervisor
Location: Lombard, IL
Schedule: Full-Time | Early start around 6:30 AM
Pay: Base salary (DOE) + opportunity for performance-based pay

Job Summary
TORQ Coatings is launching in Chicagoland and looking for a hands-on Field Supervisor to help build our production team from the ground up.
This role starts in the field, leading and working alongside an install crew, and grows into a hybrid leadership position overseeing multiple teams as we scale. If you want more than just installing floors and are looking for a long-term growth opportunity, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Lead from the front by working hands-on with install crews
- Act as the on-site leader and problem solver on job sites
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Relate well to installers and earn respect through action Learn and oversee concrete coating systems, materials, and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Help train new installers and support an apprenticeship program
- Use CRM and job management tools for notes, updates, and communication
- Fill in wherever needed during launch with a “whatever it takes” mindset
Requirements
- No prior floor coatings experience required
- Preferred background in home services, construction, or home improvement
- Strong communication skills with customers and team members
- Mechanically inclined and willing to learn equipment and systems
- Comfortable using technology and CRM software
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute daily to Lombard, IL
- Able to start early and work jobsite hours
- Team player with leadership potential and growth mindset
