We are a family owned independent insurance agency seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, client inquiries and service requests
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns for clients
- Document and update client records based on interactions
- Assist agency management and team members with clerical and administrative duties
- NO COLD CALLING OR PROSPECTING
- THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude is essential
- Professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
