Occupational Therapist (OT) – Pediatric Therapy Clinic
Location: Berryville, AR
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday–Thursday

We are a dynamic, family-centered pediatric therapy clinic dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential through play-based, evidence-informed therapy. Our multidisciplinary team of occupational, physical, and speech therapists works together to provide individualized care in a supportive and fun environment.
Position Summary:
We’re seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our pediatric therapy team. The OT will evaluate and treat children with a variety of developmental, sensory, and motor needs, creating personalized treatment plans to foster independence and participation in daily activities at home, school, and in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for children ages 0–18.
- Provide engaging, play-based interventions that target sensory processing, fine motor skills, self-regulation, and activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with families to establish meaningful therapy goals and home programs.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with clinic standards.
- Communicate regularly with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals for coordinated care.
- Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and clinic events.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current NBCOT certification and active state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
- Pediatric experience required (outpatient, early intervention, or school-based preferred).
- Strong understanding of sensory integration, motor development, and child-centered therapy approaches.
- Compassionate, creative, and enthusiastic about working with children and families.
