The role involves managing front desk operations, coordinating schedules, and providing outstanding customer service while utilizing your expertise in various office and software tools.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including coordination with FedEx and other delivery services.
• Oversee front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate and assist with scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms using Microsoft Outlook.
• Utilize intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel to create and update documents.
• Maintain organized records and ensure attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
• Assist with budget processes and general office operations.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office coordination roles.
