Position Summary
The Recruiter will support full-cycle recruitment across Orthopaedic Solutions Management (OSM) and its divisions, partnering closely with operational and clinical leadership in a high-volume, multi-site healthcare environment. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across a variety of positions, including clinical support and administrative roles.
This role works closely with hiring managers to support hiring needs in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple open roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned requisitions and support full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal pipelines.
- Review applications and conduct phone screens to assess qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with offer extensions and support offer process logistics.
- Ensure all candidate activity is accurately tracked in the applicant tracking system (UKG).
- Support recruitment efforts for high-volume roles such as Medical Assistants, Imaging Techs, Therapy roles, and administrative positions.
- Participate in career fairs and hiring events as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Provide general recruitment support to hiring managers and HR as needed.
Preferred Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience reviewing resumes and conducting candidate phone screens.
- Ability to stay organized and follow through on tasks and timelines.
- Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems (UKG preferred).
- Basic understanding of recruiting best practices and hiring processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience required.
- Healthcare recruiting experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments is a plus.
