Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dynamic opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in a K-12 educational environment. This role offers the chance to work in an itinerant capacity, providing essential speech and language support across various school sites, contributing directly to student development and communication skills.

Location: Lincoln, CA
Position Type: Contract for the Current School Year (CSY)
Setting: K-12 Schools, Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services as directed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) across multiple school locations.
  • Assist in assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions to support student communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational and clinical standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success.
  • Travel to various schools as required by the itinerant role.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid SLPA credentials or relevant certification to practice within school settings.
  • Experience working with K-12 populations in a speech pathology support role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
