Job DescriptionExecutive Assistant – Part-Time
$25 - $28/hr | Contract-to-Hire with growth potential | 20 Hours/Week (Potential for 40)
A.R. Mazzotta is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Executive Team of a growing organization. This is a part-time (20 hrs/week) remote opportunity with occasional travel to Norwich, CT area. The role offers the potential to grow into a full-time, 40-hour/week position.
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of C-level support experience, strong business judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. You’ll also assist with light marketing and analytical tasks.
What You'll Do:
- Manage executive calendars, travel, and itineraries
- Coordinate and prepare for Board meetings (agendas, minutes, logistics)
- Handle correspondence and screen calls/visitors
- Provide project management and operational support
- Compile documents and presentations for meetings
- Oversee MPI SharePoint access and file management
- Track department expenses, process requisitions and POs
