The Electrical Supervisor will oversee a small team of 1-5 members on various commercial electrical projects. The supervisor will utilize project management and standard office software to coordinate resources, provide technical guidance, and oversee daily operations, supporting team performance and project success. Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 1-5 electrical workers effectively
- Supervise commercial electrical installations ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Allocate resources and schedule work to meet project timelines
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Conduct inspections and enforce safety protocols on site
- Ensure project reporting and documentation are accurate and timely
- Monitor project progress and promptly resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- Valid Electrician License

- 2+ years of experience in electrical supervision
