Premier Talent Advisors is seeking a polished and welcoming professional for a temporary or temp-to-hire role supporting front office operations and general administration at a highly regarded nonprofit organization in Washington, DC. This is a mission-driven environment with a collaborative culture and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully while showcasing your organizational and interpersonal strengths.


We’re looking for a proactive individual who enjoys being the first point of contact and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Duties will include greeting visitors, managing calls and emails, invoice management, and supporting general office functions. The ideal candidate will be professional, discreet, and able to represent the organization in alignment with its mission and values.


Qualifications:

• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Prior experience in nonprofit, education, or mission-driven settings a plus

• Self-starter who can collaborate and work independently


Employment Type:


• Temporary / Temp-to-Hire

• In office Monday through Friday



Salary: $25–$27/hour
