Location: Northeastern University- Oakland
Pay Rate: $23.50/ hour
Hours: Part Time M-F 10:30 AM - 02:30 PM
The Spirit of the Position:
The Administrator role provides operational support through upholding and enforcing the parking regulations/restrictions of the local parking ordinances.
Principal Job Duties:
- Ensure that campus staff and students are assigned and issued permits.
- Provide data reports on a weekly and month basis.
- Provide basic troubleshooting assistance with PARCS
- Assist with any special assignments and projects as requested.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Education:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
Experience:
- Must have a valid driver's license with at least 2 year’s worth of driving experience.
Skills:
- Ability to work independently and multi-task.
- Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and standard business practices.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and timeliness.
- Must be open to feedback, differing opinions and other points of view.
- Ability to handle challenging and at times, emotionally charged situations.
- Strong customer service background
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
- Must be familiar with Office 365
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
