Soliant Health is seeking an Overnight Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist 7-On/7-Off | Massachusetts to join a 175-bed munity hospital, providing critical overnight pharmacy coverage. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced inpatient pharmacist who values a consistent block schedule and enjoys working in a collaborative hospital environment.

Position Details:

• Title: Overnight Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist 7-On/7-Off | Massachusetts

• Location: Massachusetts

• Start Date: ASAP

• Duration: 13-week contract (potential extension)

• Schedule: ThursdayWednesday, 9:00 PM 7:30 AM

• System: EPIC

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders for safety, accuracy, and appropriateness

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff during overnight shifts

• Consult with physicians and nurses on optimal medication therapy

• Perform pharmacokinetic monitoring and dosing adjustments

• Ensure pliance with hospital policies, regulations, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts pharmacist license

• Minimum 5 years inpatient hospital pharmacy experience

• Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, and munication skills

• Overnight hospital experience preferred
