Job Title: Genesis Business Operations Analyst
Duration: 4 Months + (High possibility to Temp-to-Perm)
The client is looking for someone who has 2-4 years of experience and not overqualified with analyst experience.
Job Title: Genesis Business Operations Analyst,
• Responsibilities include but not limited to: complete invoice processing, complete purchase requests and change notice preparations, and process departments budget transfers
• Support payment and billing activities for business units
• Interface with vendors and business units to resolve billing/payment problems
• Create, entry, and track of all Purchase Requests, POs, and Check Requests
• Coordinate activities between the Genesis departments and Finance; interact with Genesis/Financing/Accounting to review related budgets/spending & analysis
• Support with all activities related to the preparation and submission of the Division’s annual budget
• Support month-end and year-end accounting activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Assist management in the areas of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement analysis
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate existing processes to increase efficiency
• Support management with initiatives and ad hoc projects, as needed
• Timely completion of assigned tasks
Education
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
Related Experience
• Two to Four years of Finance or Accounting work experience
• Automotive OEM experience a plus
Skill/Knowledge
• Excellent problem solving, analytical skills, written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities. Ability to function as a reliable member of a team and proactively resolve problems
• Strong computer skills – SAP, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Physical requirements: Full time normal office duties
