About the Role
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with one of our clients in Cincinnati, Ohio to hire an experienced Recruiter for a short-term project engagement. This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiting professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, can build strong candidate pipelines, and can independently drive full-cycle recruitment strategies from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for salaried professional roles
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand position requirements and talent needs
- Develop, implement, and refine recruiting strategies tailored to the client's goals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Source passive and active candidates through multiple channels
- Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants for skillset and culture fit
- Utilize the client's ATS (experience with ADP Recruiting/ADP ATS is a major plus)
- Provide timely updates, data tracking, and reporting
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in professional, salaried-level recruiting
- Proven ability to build strong pipelines and execute talent attraction strategies
- Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Experience partnering with leadership and influencing talent decisions
- Strong communication, organization, and candidate engagement skills
- ADP ATS experience strongly preferred
