Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic full-time (1.0 FTE) Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician to become part of our Regional Maternal Fetal Medicine team based in Grand Rapids and Muskegon. This is a remarkable opportunity to deliver advanced care while collaborating with specialists in a nurturing and dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized care in Maternal Fetal Medicine, focusing on high-risk pregnancies and fetal complications.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including obstetricians, neonatologists, and other specialists, to develop comprehensive care plans and serve as the primary referral source.
- Provide regional services primarily in Grand Rapids, with occasional travel to Muskegon as necessary.
- Engage in the education and training of medical students and residents.
- Be supported by a Medical Assistant, sonographer, and additional staff at all locations.
- Share on-call duties with the MFM Partner/Medical Director, primarily handling phone consultations with hospital visits as required.
- Currently, the team includes one community provider and one contract provider associated with a residency clinic.

Qualifications:
- Open to both experienced professionals and recent graduates.
- Physicians must hold board certification in their specialty or be board eligible, with the expectation of obtaining board certification within two years of eligibility.
- A valid State of Michigan license is required upon employment.
- Possession of a DEA license.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications are necessary.
