A well-respected Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation organization in New Jersey is seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Hospital Marketer to join the team. This role focuses on building strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and discharge planners throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, strengthen, and maintain relationships with hospital partners across NJ.

Market facility services to hospitals, physicians, and community partners to increase referrals and census.

Serve as the primary point of contact for discharge planners and case managers.

Conduct on-site hospital visits, presentations, and clinical follow-ups.

Coordinate with admissions teams to ensure smooth transitions of care.

Track referral activity and identify new growth opportunities.

Represent the facility at community events and networking meetings.
Qualifications
-
Previous experience as a Hospital Liaison, Marketer, or Admissions professional in a Skilled Nursing Facility is required.

Strong understanding of hospital discharge processes and post-acute care coordination.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
