About the Role
As a Host within our private members club, you will serve as a true host to our membership community, creating a warm, seamless, and elevated experience from arrival to departure. You will welcome members into the space, engage with them throughout their visit, offer food and beverage selections, serve items as needed, clear tables, and maintain a clean and polished environment at all times. Your presence will set the tone for the club, ensuring the space feels inviting, attentive, and thoughtfully curated, while consistently delivering a hospitable and welcoming atmosphere.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional presence
- Greet and escort guests to their tables, presenting menus
- Take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- Answer phone calls and manage reservations
- Provide attentive, high-quality service and address guest inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready station
- Support overall FOH operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Host and/or Server in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and professionalism when interacting with members and guests
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service standards
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Position Details
- Pay: $18.00 per hour + tips
- Schedule: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
- Work Location: In person
