Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze production costs, variances (material, labor, overhead), and their impact on profitability.
- Develop and monitor annual operating budgets and financial forecasts for manufacturing operations.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis for management on manufacturing performance.
- Evaluate capital expenditure requests, performing ROI and payback period analysis for new equipment and projects.
- Conduct in-depth profitability analysis by product line, customer, and manufacturing process.
- Identify and recommend cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements within manufacturing processes.
- Support inventory valuation and analysis, including obsolescence and turns, to optimize working capital.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights for operational improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, strategic planning, and performance reporting within a manufacturing environment.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Demonstrated understanding of supply chain finance principles.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
