Provide administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to the Allied Health programs at Clarendon College and the Director of Allied Health.

Secretarial and clerical duties include but are not limited to:

Answering the telephone in a friendly and courteous manner;
Providing information and assistance to current and prospective students;
Keep all student files in order at all times;
Filing and photocopying
Word processing/typing and preparing various letters, documents and reports
Maintaining student files to ensure all files are accurate, complete and in order at all times
Assisting in the coordination and conduction of special events, e.g., commencement, orientation, college days and student activities;
Work with Director of Allied Health on recruiting, admissions, and registration of students;
Work with Director of Allied Health on recruiting, admissions, and registration of students;
Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for delivery

Communicate an accurate image of the college as a means of informing others about opportunities at the college.

Support College Activities and special events through attendance and/or participation

Performs other assignments as designated by the Allied Health Program Director
