Warehouse Clerk (Healthcare Supply)

$19.00/hour
Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations within a healthcare setting. This role plays a key part in ensuring patients receive necessary medications, supplies, and equipment accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Gather and prepare patient supplies and equipment for shipment or delivery
- Support delivery and pick-up of medications, supplies, and medical equipment
- Assist with inventory control, including purchasing, receiving, stocking, and recordkeeping
- Ensure proper rotation and maintenance of inventory
- Coordinate and track equipment and shipments (UPS, FedEx, couriers)
- Serve as a liaison between patients and internal teams when needed
- Provide backup support to the Purchasing Coordinator
- Follow all company policies and procedures

- Customer service mindset with a service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Ability to participate in a monthly weekend on-call rotation
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
