Position: Office Assistant

Location: Oceanside, CA 92056

Pay: $19/hour with 1–2 years’ experience; Minimum wage ($16.90) without experience

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Office Assistant to join a fast-paced print shop. This role combines clerical, front desk, and customer service responsibilities with hands-on support, assisting the owner as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical and office tasks
  • Greet and assist customers at the front desk
  • Support production by lifting and moving boxes of printed materials (up to 50 lbs)
  • Assist the owner with day-to-day operations
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of relevant office or administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
  • Looking for someone interested in long-term employment (temp-to-perm, not a temporary assignment)
