Position: Office Assistant
Location: Oceanside, CA 92056
Pay: $19/hour with 1–2 years’ experience; Minimum wage ($16.90) without experience
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Office Assistant to join a fast-paced print shop. This role combines clerical, front desk, and customer service responsibilities with hands-on support, assisting the owner as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical and office tasks
- Greet and assist customers at the front desk
- Support production by lifting and moving boxes of printed materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Assist the owner with day-to-day operations
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of relevant office or administrative experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
- Looking for someone interested in long-term employment (temp-to-perm, not a temporary assignment)
