Quality Inspector
Devens, MA 01432
$30 – $35 per hour | Full-Time

Role Overview
Seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure parts meet drawings, tolerances, and quality standards using precision tools and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and in-process parts for dimensional accuracy

• Complete reports and non-conformance documentation

• Validate paperwork and monitor calibration activities

• Ensure ISO/AS compliance and final inspection documentation

• Communicate results with production and support quality issue resolution

• Follow safety policies and assist in training new inspectors

Requirements

• Read and interpret technical drawings/specifications

• Skilled with inspection tools: pin gages, verniers, CMM, micrometers, calipers, height gauges

• Experience with JobBOSS or similar software

• Manufacturing/production background

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Independent worker, flexible for overtime as needed
