Job Title: Partner Change Manager

Location: 100% Onsite – Santa Clara, CA office

Duration: 8 Months, Initial Length: fixed end date but with possibility of extension

Work Schedule: Full Time – Monday-Friday – Overtime is not expected but could be possible based upon business needs and will occur only when requested and approved by manager

Pay Rate Range: $83/hr. - $88/hr. on W2

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Partner Change Manager to join the Integrated Operations Program Management Office (PMO), supporting Commercial Line of Business (cLOB) transformation initiatives. This position plays a critical role in leading the organizational change efforts that underpin major cross-functional initiatives and capability uplifts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise change management, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with program and business leaders to develop and execute change management strategies aligned to cLOB initiatives, ensuring adoption and sustained change across impacted groups.
  • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and change readiness evaluations to identify challenges, resistance, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Design and implement communication and engagement plans that resonate with diverse audiences across sales, marketing, channel, product, and IT.
  • Create and lead training and enablement strategies tailored to varying user needs and roles across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with Program Managers to embed change management activities into project plans and timelines, as well as drive to maintain timelines, manage expectations, and ensure seamless execution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance and support to senior leaders and change agents, enabling them to be effective sponsors of change.
  • Facilitate organizational design discussions and help teams navigate changes in roles, responsibilities, and workflows.
  • Drive adoption measurement, collect feedback, and adjust change plans to improve effectiveness and long-term integration.
  • Maintain a Change Network and facilitate regular touchpoints to promote alignment, feedback loops, and shared accountability.
  • Proactively identify change risks, address resistance, and develop mitigation strategies to support successful outcomes.
  • Lead post-change assessments and retrospectives, capturing lessons learned and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a thought partner to Senior Program Managers, providing insights to optimize project delivery and business outcomes through effective change management.
  • Support the development and use of standardized change tools, templates, and playbooks within the PMO.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including senior program managers and team members.
  • Address and contain scope creep, conflicting priorities, and delivery risks, while keeping focus on desired business outcomes.

Experience:

  • 5-7+ years in project management and change management within B2B technology environments, focusing on organizational transformations and cross-functional system implementations.
  • Highly analytical and process-oriented, with strong execution skills and a focus on results.
  • Brings excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation abilities, paired with a proactive, collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong working knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, ACMP) and how to apply them in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional behavioral, process, and system change initiatives with both execution and adoption focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to translate technical and business needs into clear, actionable communications and engagement strategies.
  • Experience working in partnership with project/program managers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure aligned execution.
  • Skilled in stakeholder analysis, training strategy, and the design of communication plans and materials.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and feedback to inform change decisions and adjust course.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Asana, SPM, Google Suite, and presentation tools to convey complex information clearly.
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) strongly preferred.
  • Project management background and/or certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) a plus, particularly when integrated with change execution.
