Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Overview:
Blazer Jobs is looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide onsite, full-time therapy services for K12 students in Woodland, CA. This itinerant role spans the 20252026 school year, giving you the opportunity to work across multiple schools and positively impact student outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions per student IEPs

• Conduct assessments, prepare reports, and track student progress

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize learning and development

• Travel between multiple school sites as needed

• Support functional independence, motor skills, and sensory needs

• Ensure compliance with district and IDEA requirements

Qualifications:

• Active California OT license required

• Experience in school-based settings preferred

• Strong organizational and collaborative skills

• Ability to work onsite full-time and travel to multiple schools
