Job Description

To advance the mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world by providing administrative and strategic support to both the Center of Congregational Development and Mission, Service and Justice.

Desired Experience

· Undergraduate or graduate education in areas like business, communication organizational leadership, etc.

· Experience in a ministry setting (paid or unpaid)

· Familiarity with the United Methodist Church

· Theological formation in the Wesleyan tradition

· Experience working with volunteer recruitment, engagement and management

· Strong administrative and project-management skills

· Event and project coordination experience

· Desire and ability to learn and work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures

· Ability to speak Spanish fluently preferred
