Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong sales mindset to join our growing Recruiting Team. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, reveneue generating environment. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while driving revenue through strategic business development and successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing talent
  • Generate revenue through contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterlyrevenue targets
  • Utilize CRM/ATS systems to track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
  • Stay current on market trends, talent availability, and ai technology
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

  • 37+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or salesenvironment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement quotas
  • Strong business development and client management skills
  • Experience working in a commission-driven or performance-based environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, metrics-driven setting
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and sourcing platforms (Indeed, AI Tools, job boards, etc.)
