Job DescriptionExciting Opportunity: Seeking 3 Speech-Language Pathologists for Early Childhood Education in Tillamook, OR for the 2026-2027 School Year!

We are a leading organization in pediatric therapy and educational staffing, dedicated to connecting enthusiastic professionals with fulfilling opportunities in schools and clinics since 2004. Currently, we are on the lookout for a committed Speech-Language Pathologist (earning between $56 and $60 per hour) to assist students in the Tillamook, OR area throughout the upcoming school year.

Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure from the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology.
  • A Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with children with diverse disabilities and needs.
  • A valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.

Role Overview:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will create and execute tailored education and treatment plans for students whose communication abilities have been affected by developmental differences, disabilities, or injuries. This position allows you to engage with young learners in a nurturing school setting, making a lasting impact on their growth.

Job Details:

  • Employment Dates: September 8, 2026 - June 16, 2027
  • Three Positions Available - In-Person Only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage specialized materials, equipment, and environments necessary for the speech and language program.
  • Deliver educationally relevant communication interventions for students with language, speech, or hearing disorders in various settings.
  • Evaluate the speech and language abilities of students suspected of having communication disorders and collaborate with teachers to develop IEP goals and objectives.
  • Provide resources, model strategies, and offer training to other team members regarding communication interventions.
  • Regularly communicate assessment results and individual student progress with relevant school staff (both special and general education), parents, and, when appropriate, the students themselves.
