Job Responsibilities
- Hunt for New Business: Develop new relationships with companies across the St. Louis metro area through proactive calls and face-to-face meetings.
- Identify Opportunities: Qualify potential clients and understand their hiring needs.
- Present Solutions: Communicate the value of Express's staffing and workforce solutions.
- Close Deals: Negotiate pricing and service agreements to secure new partnerships.
