Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Distribution Coordinator to join our Distribution Department. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of payroll distribution, including printing, sealing, packaging, shipping, and tracking of payroll documents to client locations across various regions.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a process-driven environment, demonstrates excellent organizational skills, and is comfortable working independently while supporting a fast-paced payroll operations team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily printing and sealing of payroll checks and documents with accuracy and efficiency

Prepare and package outgoing payrolls for secure and timely shipment to client locations

Track and maintain shipment records to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction

Conduct regular data entry and verification to maintain accurate logs of all processed and distributed payrolls

Ensure compliance with company security and confidentiality standards for handling sensitive payroll data

Collaborate with team members and client support staff to resolve any discrepancies or delivery issues

Maintain and organize shipping supplies, and coordinate with vendors such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS for deliveries

Support process improvement initiatives and assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree a plus

Prior experience in distribution, shipping/receiving, payroll operations, or data entry preferred

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Basic computer literacy with proficiency in data entry and tracking systems

Ability to work well independently and follow strict procedural guidelines

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks such as folding, sealing, and packaging
