Job Overview:
St. Mary’s Alexandria is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Generalist to provide essential administrative support to our Human Resources team. This role focuses on personnel management, record-keeping, and HR compliance, ensuring smooth operations and accurate documentation across the organization.
Reports To: Human Resources Manager
Supervision Exercised: None
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the HR Manager on all personnel matters.

Maintain and update all active personnel files and HR databases.

Track and manage performance evaluations for employees.

Prepare and document worker’s compensation cases, maintaining accurate records.

Assist with HR compliance and other personnel-related documentation as needed.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in human resources, administrative support, or office management preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with HR databases, Microsoft Office, and record-keeping systems.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
