Chain Test Laborer
Express Employment is seeking a Chain Test Laborer for a full-time, long-term opportunity in Duluth, MN. We are looking for candidates who want a stable role with consistent hours and opportunity to build skills. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and who values teamwork.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour + benefits after successful probationary period
This company manufactures heavy-duty lifting gear used by cranes and industrial equipment to safely handle heavy loads. Experience in warehouse, manual labor, or industrial environments preferred, but training is provided!
Responsibilities include:
- Building chain assemblies
- Repair hoists and related equipment
- Assisting with testing and inspecting chains and lifting equipment
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Following safety procedures and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality work
- Enjoys hands-on, physical work
- Possess troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
