We are looking for a temp-to-hire Industrial Custodial Technician for our client located in Saint Louis Park, MN.
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain production floors, offices, break rooms, and restrooms.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and operate industrial cleaning equipment.
- Remove paper waste, cardboard, trash, and recycling throughout the facility.
- Clean around production equipment while following all safety procedures.
- Respond to spills and maintain clear, hazard-free walkways.
- Restock restroom and breakroom supplies as needed.
- Assist with general housekeeping and facility upkeep projects.
- Follow company safety standards and maintain a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, housekeeping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Industrial chemical management
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
