What is it like as a Sales Development Representative at Univision?

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Univision Computers, youll be the first point of contact for businesses considering our Managed IT Services. Youll play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly motivated, goal-driven, and energized by making meaningful connections. Youll help businesses discover how Univision can make their technology reliable, secure, and an asset for their growth.


NOTE: We are currently hiring only candidates located in or near Missoula, Montana.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Make 100 outbound calls per day to connect with new prospects and start meaningful conversations.
  • Research and clean 125 company contacts weekly to maintain a high-quality, up-to-date lead database.
  • Keep our records organized byupdating prospect data accurately in Excel and CRM systems.
  • Work closely with our sales team tosupport and strengthen the pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Follow up promptly on inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings.
  • Track daily activities, calls, and lead status updates in CRM tools (training provided).

Qualification/Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience making outbound calls in a sales or phone-based role
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Excel and online research tools
  • A self-starter attitude with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • The drive to meet and exceed goals with consistency and enthusiasm
