CKS Packaging, Inc is hiring a Customer Service Representative experienced in a manufacturing, distribution or similar business to business setting in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Experience communicating with all levels of an organization: Plant Managers, Sales Representatives, Logistics personnel, Direct business customers
  • Freight dispatch experience
  • Experience processing product orders
  • Experience working with Dynamics 365 BC or comparable ERP/CRM program.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience managing 10-40 accounts at a time

Production/Inventory Planning and Customer Service Major Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate with production scheduler(s) to meet customer demand in a manner which minimizes changeover frequency and maximizes line efficiency.
  • Review reports on finished and raw inventory at levels to ensure fulfillment of customer orders and efficient use of working capital.
  • Manage and conduct verbal and electronic communication with customers concerning orders service, complaints, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other inquiries.
  • Listen and respond to customers' needs and concerns - research answers/solution as needed
  • Maintain detailed log of substantial customer contacts and any actions taken.
  • Involve Operations Manager, Quality Manager, Sales Manager, or other personnel as appropriate
  • Provide information as needed regarding products and services
  • Execute daily/weekly customer orders, determine/assess special charges, and ensure that the plant is properly compensated for value-added services rendered.
  • Review production reports, inventory reports, shipping manifests, customer billing, and other information as required to ensure effective coordination with production, sales, warehousing, shipping, and accounting functions.
