The Registered Nurse in our Regional Float Pool delivers specialized nursing services across various facilities within the Southeast region, primarily catering to adult and elderly patients. This part-time night position demands clinical proficiency in multiple specialties, including Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, and Labor & Delivery. Key responsibilities encompass the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. The Registered Nurse will apply theoretical knowledge to make informed decisions in practice, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating tailored nursing care in line with established nursing standards for adult and geriatric patients. The selected candidate will be required to report to facilities within the regional area of their home hospital. The specific facilities will be determined upon hiring, with approval from the leadership team.

Incentives:
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - No Contract Required
- Base Pay: Based on Experience
- Plus: Regional Float Pool Perks and Shift Differentials: $2.75 for Evenings, $4.60 for Nights, $1.50 for Weekends

Qualifications:
- Required Education:
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
- Preferred Education: BSN
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
- Licensure:
- Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure, fulfilling all state board of nursing requirements.
- Required Experience:
- One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg roles.
- For other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bedside RN experience is required.
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic
- Certifications (Must have to start):
- BLS for Med/Surg and Behavioral Health
- BLS & NRP for Women's Health
- BLS, ACLS for Critical Care
- BLS, ACLS, & PALS for Emergency Department
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand or walk for most of the shift; significant bending, stooping, and lifting of patients with assistance; ability to push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds.
