Targeted Skill Sets
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess or have experience in the following areas:

Order Picking & Packing: High-volume fulfillment with a focus on accuracy.

Shipping & Receiving: Documentation, BOL verification, and freight handling.

Inventory Control: Stocking, cycle counting, and replenishment.

Warehouse Tech: Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), RF Scanners, or basic data entry.

Material Handling: Safe lifting practices and physical stamina.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

Inbound Logistics: Receive shipments, inspect goods for damage, and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing lists.

Inventory Management: Unload and store inventory in designated locations to maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Outbound Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label products accurately for daily shipments.

Quality Control: Audit picked items for quality and accuracy before final staging.

Documentation: Maintain precise digital and physical records of all shipping and receiving activities.

Stock Maintenance: Assist with periodic inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Proven track record in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.

Technical Skills: Comfortable using computer systems for inventory tracking.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.

Safety: Must provide and wear closed-toe shoes at all times.

Reliability: Ability to maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
