In this role, you’ll handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, answer customer questions, and ensure every interaction reflects the top-quality care that defines the Walt Massey experience.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service every time

• Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently in the system

• Listen carefully to customer needs and route calls to the right department when necessary

• Provide accurate information about services, repair timelines, and appointment availability

• Follow up on inquiries and ensure all customer concerns are addressed quickly

• Maintain detailed and accurate notes in the CRM system for every interaction

• Collaborate with service advisors and managers to deliver a seamless customer experience

• Help drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by creating a welcoming, helpful atmosphere

• Previous customer service, call center, or automotive experience is a plus — but not required!
