Cascades Healthcare is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Healthcare Liaison / Marketer to represent our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the greater Twin Falls, ID area.

This is more than a sales job - it's a meaningful opportunity to build relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners, helping patients find quality post-acute care after hospitalization.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary Healthcare Liaison between hospitals, discharge planners, and our SNF facilities

• Visit hospitals, physician offices, and community organizations to build strong referral relationships

• Market our rehab and skilled nursing services to key healthcare decision-makers

• Maintain regular follow-up through calls, emails, and in-person visits

• Track leads, referrals, and admissions activity using simple reporting tools

• Collaborate with Admissions and leadership teams to ensure smooth transitions for new residents

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or community relations (SNF or rehab preferred)

• Strong understanding of hospital discharge planning and referral development

• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills

• Independent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality

• A genuine passion for helping seniors and promoting exceptional care
