Customer Service Guide
Location Irving, TX | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $16/hr.
• Training: Tuesday, June 3, 2025, 3:00pm–5:00pm
• Project Days: Wednesday–Sunday, June 4–8, 2025
• Wed–Fri: 8:30am–9:00pm or 9:30am–9:00pm
• Sat: 8:30am–7:30pm
• Sun: 9:00am–8:00pm
ROLE IMPACT: Help power a nationwide market research initiative. In this temporary, in-person assignment, you’ll ensure participants have a smooth and engaging experience. Your role supports accurate data collection while creating a welcoming atmosphere for event attendees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet and assist participants through the research station process
• Ensure each session runs on time and as directed by team leads
• Maintain an organized and guest-friendly event environment
• Provide clear communication and directions to participants
• Adapt quickly to changing group sizes and logistics flow
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Must commit to the full assignment including training and all run days
• Comfortable with standing or light walking for 12-hour shifts
• No interview required; immediate openings available
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• On-your-feet role: standing/walking throughout entire shift
• Indoor, event-style setting with moderate ambient noise
• Exposure to occasional high foot traffic and guest interaction
• Must be able to follow event safety protocols and guidance
