Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Serve as a first point of contact by responding to member inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Partner with managers to execute specific tasks and assist on team projects
- Provide accurate information on company services, policies, and procedures
- Conduct audits to maintain up-to-date and compliant licensee records
- Keep our contact database current and organized
- Support general administrative tasks that keep the team running efficiently
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
- High school diploma required; some college coursework or related education preferred
- Experience in the luxury brand or real estate industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, a team mindset, and strong critical thinking abilities
- A polished, professional presence and the confidence to work with individuals at all levels
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage time effectively
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a high-energy, fast-paced setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Suite experience is a bonus
