Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Active DC Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working with school-aged populations, particularly in special education
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with identified needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student outcomes
- Deliver professional development workshops for staff on communication disorders
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care
