Job Overview:

The Product Program Manager is self-motivated, imaginative, and energetic about working with various teams in the organization. This person will act as a central Product Management point of contact working with various stakeholder teams to provide visibility into the competing needs of the organization. The individual will partner closely with the other members of the Product Management team, as well as the other departments, daily to ensure what is delivered fulfills strategic needs and most importantly drives a superior solution for our customers.


This position will report directly to the Vice President of Product Management.


Important Note: Applicants for employment in the United States must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Alogent.

This position can be filled by candidates throughout the United States, however, candidates local to our Peachtree Corners, GA headquarters will be considered hybrid with 2-3 day in office requirement.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central point of contact between Product Management, Professional Services, Support, and Development teams
  • Gather and provide visibility to requirements from ongoing projects and live customer environments
  • Assess urgency and impact of incoming requests, balancing short-term needs with long-term product strategy
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams to drive timely and effective solutions
  • Maintain a feedback loop with customer-facing teams to continuously improve product and project outcomes
  • Use tools likeAha!to manage product roadmaps, capture requirements, align cross-functional teams and provide executive reporting and visibility
  • Occasional travel as required

Qualifications:

  • A Degree in a Technology or Business-related field preferred
  • 5+ years of hands-on enterprise technology product management experience in financial services or adjacent field
  • Strong executive presence with influencing and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Adept in Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with Pragmatic Marketing Framework methodology for product management and marketing
  • Track record of success in driving large, complex projects and breaking down into manageable pieces, developing specifications and executing on schedule
  • Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple parties to deliver a product
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal direction and assertiveness to change team processes quickly
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to different audiences
  • Experience usingProduct Management platformssuch asAha!, Jira, Confluence, or similar
