\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in Med/Surg, Telemetry, or Stepdown nursing\n
- Active RN license in New Jersey or compact state (NJ nursing jobs)\n
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required\n
- Completion of Stroke CEUs, PCU or Critical Care courses\n
- Willingness to float among hospital units based on census\n
- Ability to work weekends and every other holiday\n
- Physical ability to lift, carry, crouch, kneel, and stand/walk for extended periods\n
- Successful completion of all orientation modules and in-person classes\n
\n\nRN Responsibilities\n

- Deliver high-quality patient care to observation and inpatient status patients in the ED and inpatient units\n
- Float among Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Stepdown units as needed\n
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using Cerner EMR\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes\n
- Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols\n
- Participate in required orientation, training, and ongoing nursing education\n
