Direct Hire Opportunity | 1st & 2nd Shift Available
$30.00 – $38.00/hr. DOE + Overtime Opportunities

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and turning centers
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Modify and optimize programs at the machine
- Perform first article and in-process inspections
- Conduct routine maintenance and basic machine troubleshooting
- Ensure high-quality production standards are met
Qualifications:
- Machining AA Degree OR 2+ years of CNC Lathe experience required
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Knowledge of machining principles, materials, and shop math
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
