Pay Range: $15-16/hr.
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM3:30 PM) flexible 8hour schedule

Now Hiring: Representative II Document Scanning Specialist (Onsite | Scottsdale, AZ)
Were seeking a detail oriented Representative II Document Scanning Specialist to join our Provider Network Services team in North Scottsdale. This is a 100% onsite, safety-sensitive role supporting time-sensitive, compliance driven work with the RFI Team and Pharmacy Network Compliance Team.
Key Details:
- Onsite: North Scottsdale, AZ (must be within comfortable commute)
- Schedule: Mon Fri, 1st Shift (7:00 AM3:30 PM) flexible 8hour schedule
- Occasional overtime or off hours coverage may occur (rare & voluntary)
- Interview: One 30minute video interview (Microsoft Teams)
- Target start: ASAP (goal to fill by 5/11)
What You'll Do:
- Scan, index, file, and manage confidential medical and pharmacy documents
- Handle time sensitive requests required by law or legal processes
- Perform high volume data entry with strong attention to detail
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet compliance, quality, and productivity standards
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, CMS, and departmental policies
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HIPAA rules and handling PHI
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Comfort working in a fast paced, corporate environment
- Familiarity with medical/pharmacy terminology and document handling is a plus
