Job Overview:
Pay Range: $40.11hr - $45.11hr
- We are seeking an experienced Planner / Scheduler IV to manage project scheduling, cost control, and forecasting for large-scale projects.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing integrated schedules, monitoring project progress, and ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals.
- This role requires strong expertise in planning tools, cost management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong experience with planning and costing tools such as Primavera P6 and SAP.
- Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage project schedules and cost forecasts.
- Experience working on large and complex projects.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience planning large turnkey projects.
- Experience providing cost control on multiple large projects.
- Experience leading planning activities on complex projects.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain project schedules using scheduling tools.
- Build integrated schedules and cost estimates for projects and tenders.
- Monitor project progress and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain project schedules, cost forecasts, and risk registers.
- Analyze cost and schedule trends and provide forecasts to project teams.
- Ensure compliance with global standards for planning and cost control.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and cost strategies.
- Prepare and present project status reports and financial data.
- Support change management and update systems with cost and schedule changes.
- Align with finance teams to ensure accurate reconciliation of project data.
- Support project closeout activities and claims management.
- Lead and support project cost control teams when required.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of reporting, budgets, and forecasts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Should Have:
- Experience in the electrification industry.
- Knowledge of forensic analysis for complex projects.
- Familiarity with lean methodologies and process improvement initiatives.

Qualification And Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
