Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
- Day shift (8 hour shifts between 7am - 5pm)
- $20.00/hour
Job Description
- Works daily with Day Center Supervisors to create a time efficient and cost-effective transport system
- Responsible for the transportation scheduling and routing of all Albright LIFE participants to Day Center, medical appointments, activity events, social service appointments, patient discharges, miscellaneous transport as approved by the multidisciplinary team
- Supervise, monitor, and provide direction to the Albright LIFE drivers; schedule driver’s daily routes
- Inspects, safely operates, and maintains all equipment and tools relevant to a wheelchair mobile vehicle with no safety accidents on an annual basis; schedule required maintenance of the vehicles including preventive maintenance
- Properly operates an Albright LIFE vehicle in a safe, responsible, and professional manner when transporting participants to/from the day center, medical appointments, etc.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalency, required.
- Valid Driver's license, required.
- 1- 3 years experience in a transportation position with supervisory experience.
- 1 year experience working with the senior population, required.
