Responsibilities
Leadership: Lead and manage a team of insurance agents, setting and monitoring goals to drive team success.
Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized insurance solutions.
Sales Strategy: Design and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Training and Development: Mentor and train team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Community Outreach: Build and maintain a positive presence in the Little Falls community, representing Midwest Insurance Careers.
Performance Analysis: Evaluate sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and improve results.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Licensing: Must possess an active insurance license in Minnesota or be willing to obtain one shortly.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in insurance sales, with a proven track record of success in leading teams.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
Adaptability: Comfort in working in a hybrid remote environment, balancing independence with collaborative teamwork.
Problem-Solving: Creative and analytical thinker with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
